A Taste of Heaven

About us: We are a monthly fellowship luncheon group.  All interested adults are welcome! Come chat and have lunch.
When: Monthly, usually at 11:30 am

CECB Needleworkers

About: This group is open to all CECB members & friends, regardless of experience. The purpose of the Needleworkers will be to build a community, social in nature, which will produce hand knitted and crocheted items for our church and our neighboring community such as: Baptismal blankets, prayer shawls, hats, scarfs, & blankets for the community. This will be a Christ-centered group, starting and closing each meeting with prayer. ​
When and Where: Two monthly meetings:
Evening:  6-8 pm in Meeting Room 1
Morning: 10 am=12 pm in Meeting Room 1

Daughters of the King

​About us: The Order of the Daughters of the King is open to all women in the Episcopal Church and the Anglican Communion. A daughter pledges herself to a life-long program of prayer, service, and evangelism, dedicated to the spread of Christ's Kingdom and to the strengthening of the spiritual life of her parish or mission.
When and Where: The DOK has two monthly meetings:
The DOK morning meeting is at 10:30 am in Meeting Room 1.
The DOK evening meeting is on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 6:00-7:30 pm in Meeting Room 1.

About us: This group meets during the winter months.  No experience is required!
​Canvas and other supplies are provided, but if you have favorite brushes, please bring them with you.  Cost: $40 -- 20% is donated to the Church Building/Improvement fund.
When and Where: Monthly during the winter months in the Parish Hall.

Widows Support Group

About us: We are here to support each other.  All widows are welcome!
When and Where: We meet the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 1:00 pm in the Parlor

Wings and Hope for Exceptional Families

About us: ​We are a parent support group for those who have a family member with exceptional needs: behavioral issues, learning issues, autism spectrum disorders, developmental delays, etc.  We offer a shoulder to lean on, a safe place to vent, and knowledge of available resources to help your family along this journey.
When and Where: We meet on Sundays, from 10-15-10:45 when there is a request from someone in the group.  If you are interested in our group, have questions, or would like to schedule a Sunday meeting, please contact Christy or Pam (info below) and we will get back to you!

The Way of Christian Contemplation

This new group will be meeting on Fridays at 10:00 am in the Parlor.  This group will be meeting weekly.  Group leader, Susan Matthews, has been practicing centering prayer since 1981 and has led several workshops on Julian of Norwich and contemplative prayer.
