We Are:

  • Liturgical - We follow a written service. The Book of Common Prayer, 1979 is the basis of all of our worship even in our Contemporary Service.
  • Scriptural - Bible readings are included in our service.
  • Participatory - The congregation reads and responds throughout the service.

Visiting Christ Church:

If you have been baptized with water in the Name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, we welcome you to receive Holy Communion at Christ Church.  Those who are not yet baptized, or who do not wish to receive Communion, are encouraged to come forward for a blessing.  Please remember to cross your arms over your chest and to keep them crossed.  If you are interested in being baptized at Christ Church, please speak with one of our clergy.

Holy Baptism
Holy Baptism
This is full initiation by water and the Holy Spirit into Christ’s Body, the church. God establishes an indissoluble bond with each person in baptism. God adopts us, making us members of the church and inheritors of the Kingdom of God (BCP, pp. 298, 858).
