Music for Advent
Wonderful music is planned for the season, with a jazz-inspired choral piece on Dec. 1 accompanied by string bass. Dec. 8 will feature the well loved chorus 'And the glory of the Lord' from Messiah. On Dec 15 the choir will sing 'Christ hath a garden,' based on the English folk song 'O Waly waly.' On Dec 22 the choir will sing the sublime  'Ave Maria' from Rachmaninoff's All Night Vigil, Op. 37.

Music for Christmas
Christmas Carol Concert
We are presenting the community with a gift of music and hospitality on Dec. 22 at 4pm, followed by a reception of traditional English treats, including mince pies, Christmas Pudding, mulled wine and cranberry punch. The church will be
festively decorated with seasonal greenery and lovely brass pew torches. This is an excellent opportunity to invite family, friends and neighbors to Christ Church
to experience our beautiful church, choir, bells and organ. Because we anticipate that this event will be popular, we ask that you reserve your place

Christmas Eve will include a family service with Christmas Pageant at 5pm led by the [Music Group], followed by services at 7:30pm and 10:30pm sung by Christ Church Choir.  The choir will sing a prelude of choral music, interspersed with well-loved carols and organ music beginning at 10pm.
